The Unemployment Claims Adjudication app was developed for a state government agency responsible for adjudication of unemployment claims. Application highlights include:
- Business users configure workflows, decisions and user-interface flows in a single tool build using the Apex Flow Graph library.
- The application leverages the Apex Configurable Forms library to enable business users to define what data is collected during interactions with claimants and employers to ensure decision criteria were properly assessed.
- It leverages the Apex PDF Viewer and Apex PDF Template library to handle large PDFs including highlighting relevant pages and sections and connecting highlights to case notes.
- All data linked to calls/interviews to enable full traceability.
