This application was developed for B2B payment provider. It allows users to look up payments that are pending or complete and see full details (such as EOB for medical claims).
For internal support users, it allows pending payments to be modified (e.g. change a card payment to a check or vice versa).
Based on a full data model, it supports drill down from payment to payee or payor, etc. Further administrative capabilities are also included, such as resending of faxes related to payments.
